Stage spots are available on a first come first serve basis provided you are accepted by the audition panel consisting of people from performance venues, clubs, bars, restaurants, radio producers, publishers and record label companies. A panel will review each submission and decide if you are awarded a Stage Spot. Once you are awarded a Stage Spot, you will receive an invoice and performance contract. Mail a CD with sampling of your original songs to Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival, P.O. Box 753, Gatlinburg, TN 37738 or email us a MP3 to , along with your contact information and the approximate number of original songs you have written and the amount of performance time you are wanting. CDs are not returnable. SMSWF reserves the right to determine performance times on the SMSWF STAGE SPOT. The Audition Panel and the Stage Spot audience in attendance will be given a ‘Rate the Artist’ card. These ‘Rate the Artist’ cards will be given to you after the Festival for your use. ************************** Remember there are only so many spots available as only one stage is being used for this venue.
