Whispering Bill Anderson, who is Multiple Grammy and Hall of Fame artist/songwriter, wrote “Whiskey Lullaby” Brad Paisley, along with Steve Dorff, who wrote “Cross My Heart” for George Strait and “Every Which Way But Loose” an Eddie Rabbit hit and Clint Eastwood film score, and Bobby Tomberlin, who wrote”One More Day” a Diamond Rio and “It’s a Good Day to Run” for Darryl Worley performed Sat. night Aug. 23rd at the Quality Inn Creekside in the first SMSWF Artist/Songwriter Ticketed Concert during the 3rd Annual SMSWF .
What a great show it was. Con Hunley was in the audience. Hunley came to see his good friends Bill Anderson and Steve Dorff amongst other hit writers performing in the 2014 Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival.
