How to Obtain a Stage Spot
Stage spots are available on a first come first serve basis provided you are accepted by the audition panel consisting of people from performance venues, clubs, bars, restaurants, radio producers, publishers and record label companies. A panel will review each submission and decide if you are awarded a Stage Spot. Once you are awarded a Stage Spot, you will receive an invoice and performance contract along with your rating and acceptance sheets from the Audition Panel. If you have a web-site or You-Tube performance where your music can be heard, please include this in your contact information when requesting a SMSWF Stage Spot.
Mail a CD(s) with a sampling of your original songs, your contact information, the approximate number of original songs you have written and the amount of performance time you are wanting along with your processing fee to Smoky Mountains Songwriters Festival, P.O. Box 753, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. CDs are not returnable.
E-mail us MP3(s) with a sampling of your original songs, your contact information, the approximate number of original songs you have written and the amount of performance time you are wanting to along with your processing fee paid online above.
SMSWF reserves the right to determine the amount of performance time awarded.
