Joseph Daniels

My home town is Lancaster, Ohio, which is 30 miles from Columbus.  However, I have traveled extensively in the eastern part of the U.S. with the Smokey Mountains being my favorite destination.  Musically I began at 8 years old with the study of classical piano.  At 16 I started playing guitar as well as keyboard and performing professionally in rock groups which included opening for the Beach Boys and the Doors. In my early 30’s life changed course and I started the Christian group “prophecy”.  Steven Riggs, who was the lead guitarist, will be performing with me in Tennessee.

I have been writing and performing contemporary Christian music for 35 years.   I share my music weekly in services, at my local fellowship as well as other places of worship.  I have very close relationships with other local writer/musicians.  I have written 300 songs. My worship songs have been inspired from sermons as well as home group fellowship.  God has given me a precious gift which I freely share.
